Wheelchair Service
- Airlines are responsible for providing wheelchair assistance to passengers. Please ensure you request this service when booking your ticket.
- Inform your airline of any required assistance before departing for the airport.
- You can download the HOI app on your smartphone to directly contact airline wheelchair support.
- Upon arrival at the airport, use the designated drop-off lanes. The locations of these lanes are provided below.

Terminal 3
Passengers with UDID / Divyang card can access Lane 1. Other passengers to drop off at any lane opposite Gates 3 and 6.

Assistance For Arriving Passengers
- Wheelchair Assistance: Airline will help you provide wheelchair assistance upon your arrival at the airport. Do inform the airline officials in advance.
- Buggy Services: Swift transportation within terminals with minimal wait time.
- Dedicated Immigration Counters: Kindly proceed towards dedicated counters for immigration clearance.
