Arriving domestic with an onward international flight
If you are arriving on a domestic flight and your onward journey is international, remember that all international departures operate exclusively from Terminal 3. Check the baggage rules here
You must then go through the check-in, immigrations and security screening process again before heading to your next flight.
Keep your boarding pass and ID ready.
For visa requirements at your destination country, kindly check the official government website/ representatives of the destination country.
Note: For international transfers, simply follow the orange coloured signage.
Within the Same Terminal
If Baggage are checked-in for final destination, then:
Follow the orange transfer signage and once you reach the international transfer area, just head to your airline counter. Clear immigration, security and head to the departure level using escalators or lifts.
If Baggage are not checked in for final destination, then:
First collect baggage at Delhi airport and follow the orange transfer signage for international transfers. Head to the departure level, clear immigration, security and proceed to your boarding area.
Through a Different Terminal
If Baggage are checked-in for final destination, then:
After baggage collection, exit the terminal. Use the free inter-terminal, shuttle bus or cabs, to get to Terminal 3. Once you reach T3, enter the terminal via Departure Level and proceed for check in again. Clear immigration security and head towards your boarding gate for your onward flight.
